The price per m² in Santa Maria has remained the same in the last 6 months. In December, the average price per m² was ₱ 42,472. In January this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 43,771 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has increased 109 %, going from ₱ 43,121.5 to ₱ 47,146.5 per m². The price per m² has decreased 93 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 45,134 to ₱ 41,797 during April, and May.

During the following two months (February, March) the price has had an average incrementation from ₱ 2,793,189.5 to ₱ 3,066,653. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 2,929,921.25 to ₱ 2,421,739, which means a 83 % fall.
