The average rent price in the Rizal region has remained at pretty much the same value in recent months. Rent prices in this region have remained pretty much the same.
The price per m² in Rizal has barely changed in the last 6 months. During September, the average price per m² was ₱ 1,020.59. The following month (October) the price rose to ₱ 1,150.98 per m². The price per m² for the following two months barely changed going from ₱ 1,085.79 to ₱ 1,128.98 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant fall of 73 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 1,107.39 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 812.2 per m² for the last two months (January, February).
When referring to the price in Rizal(region), this has risen in the last 6 months. The average rent price in September is ₱ 74,119. In October the price rose to ₱ 79,365. In the following two months the average price practically remained the same compared to the previous two going from ₱ 76,742 to ₱ 76,032. During the last two months the price has gone up 106 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 76,387 a ₱ 80,642 in January y February.
The graph displaying the the average rent price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 1 bedroom are the most affordable ones. They are 55 % cheaper than the average price in Rizal followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 82,158. The most expensive properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 62 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 142,438.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones with a price of ₱ 469.95 / m² being ₱ 809.85 / m² the average for Rizal. The properties with the highest average price are those with 3 bedrooms. These are 16 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 913.2 / m².
The graph displaying the average rent price according to the property type shows "Townhouse" as the most affordable one. With an average cost of ₱ 88,275 it is 66 % cheaper than the average in Rizal. This is followed by "Apartment" with a cost of ₱ 52,809. The most expensive property type is "House And Lot" and is 62 % more costly than the average, followed by "House" with a cost of ₱ 100,175.
Based upon the average cost per m² the most affordable property type is "Apartment with a an average price of ₱ 282 / m², followed by "House And Lot" with a price of ₱ 348.13 / m². "Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 923.03 / m² is the most expensive type of property followed by "House" at a price of ₱ 845.85 / m².
