The rent prices in real estate in Paranaque, in the Rizal region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per m² in Paranaque has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 247. In the following month the price per m² fell considerably to ₱ 63. The price for the following two months in (November, December) had a considerable rise of 203 %. The price per m² has had a considerable rise of 206 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 234.75 to ₱ 482.78 during January, and February.
When referring to the price in Paranaque (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during September, the average price is ₱ 22,977. In October This price remains at ₱ 23,976. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable rise of 163 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 232 % during the last two months.

At a price of ₱ 125,000 they are 73 % more affordable than the average price for Paranaque . The properties with the lowest average price have 1 bedroom, Their price is 66 % more affordable than the average. After that we have properties with 2 bedrooms priced at ₱ 33,411.
With regard to the average price per m², those properties with 1 bedroom are the most affordable ones at a cost of ₱ 124 / m², with an average ₱ 255.56 / m² price in Paranaque. The properties with the most expensive average prices have 2 bedrooms. They are 111 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 1 bedroom with a price at ₱ 124 / m².

According to the average cost per m², the least affordable property would be "Apartment" at an average price of ₱ 461 / m² followed by "House" priced at ₱ 486 / m². "Condominium" is the most expensive type of property with a ₱ 540 / m² value followed by "House" with an average price of ₱ 486 / m².
