The rent prices in real estate in Angono, in the Rizal region have fallen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Angono has had a strong fall during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 166. In the following month the price per m² fell considerably to ₱ 85. In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 125.5 to ₱ 121.5 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable rise of 131 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 123.5 to ₱ 161.5 during February, and March.
When referring to the price in Angono (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for October is ₱ 9,190. During November the price had a considerable fall till ₱ 5,672. During the following two months (December, January) the average price fell 94 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 121 % during the last two months.

The properties with the most affordable average prices have 1 bedroom. They are 27 % more affordable than the average followed by properties with 4 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 116 / m².
