The rent prices in real estate in Talisay, in the Cebu region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per m² in Talisay has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In November, the average price per m² was ₱ 253.46. In the following month the price per m² rose to ₱ 280.97. The price for the following two months in (January, February) had a considerable rise of 160 %. The price per m² has fallen 92 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 346.78 to ₱ 319.14 during March, and April.
When referring to the price in Talisay (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during November, is ₱ 138,336. During December the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 165,690. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 152,013 to ₱ 147,934. During the last two months the average price has fallen greatly compared to the previous four going from ₱ 149,973.5 to ₱ 112,855.5, which means a 75 % fall.
