The price per m² in Cebu has barely changed in the last 6 months. During April, the average price per m² was ₱ 658.33. The following month (May) the price rose to ₱ 724.68 per m². The price per m² for the following two months barely changed going from ₱ 691.51 to ₱ 674.76 per m². In the last two months, the price has barely changed with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per m² of ₱ 683.13 to ₱ 662.01 during August and September.
When referring to the price in Cebu(region), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. April has an average price of ₱ 42,463. During Maythe price had a slight fall till ₱ 37,588. In the following two months the average price has fallen 78 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has gone down 87 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 35,600.25 a ₱ 30,890 in August y September.

They are 11 % cheaper than the average price in Cebu followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 39,443. The most expensive properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 81 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 48,136.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones with a price of ₱ 269.82 / m² being ₱ 684.28 / m² the average for Cebu. The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 9 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 631.1 / m².

Based upon the average cost per m² the most affordable property type is "Apartment with a an average price of ₱ 56 / m², followed by "Farm House" with a price of ₱ 282.91 / m². "House" with an average price of ₱ 760.03 / m² is the most expensive type of property followed by "House And Lot" at a price of ₱ 588.32 / m².
