The price for the following two months in (June, July) fell 89 % with regard to the previous two months. The price per m² has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 519.38 to ₱ 527.29 during August y September
When referring to the price in Lapu-lapu (cities), this has fallen in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during April, the average price is ₱ 47,268. In May This price remains at ₱ 47,600. During the following two months (June, July) the average price fell 86 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has fallen with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has fallen 85 %, going from ₱ 44,048.75 to ₱ 37,553 in August and September.
