The prices in real estate in Talisay, in the Cebu region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Talisay has remained the same in the last 6 months. In November, the average price per m² was ₱ 47,151. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 43,215. In the following two months the price per m² has increased 107 %, going from ₱ 45,183 to ₱ 48,401 per m². The price per m² has increased 110 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 46,792 to ₱ 51,514.5 during March, and April.
Based upon to the price in Talisay (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The price in November is ₱ 7,515,613, rising in December till ₱ 8,343,247. During the following two months (January, February) the average price fell 95 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 94 %, going from ₱ 7,729,349 to ₱ 7,251,614 in March and April.
