The prices in real estate in Talisay, in the Cebu region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Talisay has increased during the last 6 months. In March, the average price per m² was ₱ 39,339. In April this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 39,926 per m². The price for the following two months in (May, June) had a considerable increment of 127 %. The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 85 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 44,903.75 to ₱ 38,094 during July, and August.

In April This price remains at ₱ 5,657,152. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 5,584,526 to ₱ 5,723,927.5. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 5,654,227 to ₱ 4,425,872, which means a 78 % fall.
