The prices in real estate in Talisay, in the Cebu region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Talisay has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In August, the average price per m² was ₱ 38,466. In the following month the price per m² increased considerably to ₱ 46,167. In the following two months the price per m² has increased 109 %, going from ₱ 42,316.5 to ₱ 46,092.5 per m². The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 44,204.5 to ₱ 45,047.5 during December y January
Based upon to the price in Talisay (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during August, is ₱ 4,413,110. During September the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 6,587,205. During the following two months (October, November) the average price had a considerable increase of 136 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 125 % during the last two months.
