In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 414.45 to ₱ 411.59 per m². The price per m² has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 413.02 to ₱ 409.98 during August y September
When referring to the price in Mandaue (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during April, is ₱ 48,116. During May the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 64,566. During the following two months (June, July) the average price had a considerable rise of 118 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has fallen with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has fallen 90 %, going from ₱ 61,288.5 to ₱ 54,858.5 in August and September.
