The rent prices in real estate in Santa Rosa, in the Laguna region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per m² in Santa Rosa has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In August, the average price per m² was ₱ 273.81. In the following month the price per m² rose considerably to ₱ 316.43. The price for the following two months in (October, November) had a considerable rise of 183 %. The price per m² has had a considerable rise of 139 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 417.61 to ₱ 580.97 during December, and January.
When referring to the price in Santa Rosa (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during August, is ₱ 33,750. During September the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 61,063. During the following two months (October, November) the average price had a considerable rise of 142 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has increased 114 % during the last two months.
