The average rent price in the Laguna region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Laguna has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 325.62. The following month the price fell to ₱ 300.16 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the rent price per m² has increased notably to a 133 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has risen 112 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₱ 365.07 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₱ 408.8 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Laguna(region), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average rent price in October is ₱ 77,338. In November the price rose to ₱ 83,829. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong rise of 139 % going from ₱ 80,583.5 to ₱ 111,959. During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from ₱ 96,271.25 to ₱ 97,696.5 during February and March.

They are 76 % cheaper than the average price in Laguna followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 29,000. The most affordable properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 35 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 56,025.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones with a price of ₱ 306.93 / m² being ₱ 396.03 / m² the average for Laguna. The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 67 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 575.92 / m².

With an average cost of ₱ 111,795 it is 73 % cheaper than the average in Laguna. This is followed by "House" with a cost of ₱ 68,613. The most expensive property type is "Lot" and is 398 % more costly than the average, followed by "Apartment" with a cost of ₱ 196,452.
Based upon the average cost per m² the most affordable property type is "Commercial Lot with a an average price of ₱ 129.24 / m², followed by "Lot" with a price of ₱ 215.94 / m². "Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 895.64 / m² is the most expensive type of property followed by "Townhouse" at a price of ₱ 628.19 / m².
