The average rent price in the Cavite region has remained at pretty much the same value in recent months. Rent prices in this region have remained pretty much the same.
The price per m² in Cavite has barely changed in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was ₱ 344.79. In December the price barely changed remaining at ₱ 328.19 per m². The following two months (January, February) went through a rise of 107 % in the rent price per m² rising from ₱ 336.49 to ₱ 359.87 per m². In the last two months, the price has barely changed with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per m² of ₱ 348.18 to ₱ 341.9 during March and April.
When referring to the price in Cavite(region), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for November the average price is ₱ 193,158. During December it went through a strong rise reaching ₱ 261,822 The average price for the following two months (January, February) fell 89 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable fall of 76 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 215,541.75 a ₱ 163,203.5.
The graph displaying the the average rent price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 1 bedroom are the most affordable ones. They are 81 % cheaper than the average price in Cavite followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 38,462. The most expensive properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 8 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 56,500.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 2 bedrooms are the most expensive ones with a price of ₱ 355.75 / m² being ₱ 342.5 / m² the average for Cavite. The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 151 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 4 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 504.16 / m².
The graph displaying the average rent price according to the property type shows "Townhouse" as the most affordable one. With an average cost of ₱ 146,210 it is 74 % cheaper than the average in Cavite. This is followed by "House" with a cost of ₱ 87,979. The most expensive property type is "Apartment" and is 407 % more costly than the average, followed by "Lot" with a cost of ₱ 414,873.
Based upon the average cost per m² the most affordable property type is "Condominium with a an average price of ₱ 115.82 / m², followed by "Lot" with a price of ₱ 206.85 / m². "Townhouse" with an average price of ₱ 1,102.96 / m² is the most expensive type of property followed by "Apartment" at a price of ₱ 702 / m².
