The average rent price in the Cavite region has had a slight rise in recent months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Cavite has risen in the last 6 months. During July, the average price per m² was ₱ 360.45. In August the price barely changed remaining at ₱ 342.81 per m². In the following two months (September, October) the rent price per m² has increased notably to a 123 %. In the last two months, the price has barely changed with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per m² of ₱ 392.31 to ₱ 397.93 during November and December.
When referring to the price in Cavite(region), this has risen in the last 6 months. July has an average price of ₱ 30,464. During Augustthe price had a slight fall till ₱ 28,085. The price in the following months (September, October) had a strong rise of 121 % going from ₱ 29,274.5 to ₱ 35,435. During the last two months the price has gone up 115 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 32,354.75 a ₱ 37,164.5 in November y December.

Based on the average price per m² those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones with a price of ₱ 301.13 / m² being ₱ 398.69 / m² the average for Cavite. The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 37 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 419.65 / m².

"Farm House" with an average price of ₱ 576.94 / m² is the most expensive type of property followed by "Apartment" at a price of ₱ 397.32 / m².
