The prices in real estate in Sibulan, in the Negros Oriental region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per m² in Sibulan has fallen in the last 6 months. In November, the average price per m² was ₱ 53,584. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 47,610. In the following two months the price per m² has increased 107 %, going from ₱ 50,597 to ₱ 53,926 per m². The price per m² has decreased 92 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 52,261.5 to ₱ 47,905.5 during March, and April.
Based upon to the price in Sibulan (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during November, the average price is ₱ 9,025,500. In December This price remains at ₱ 9,111,983. During the following two months (January, February) the average price fell 93 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 114 % during the last two months.
