The average price in the Negros Oriental region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per m² in Negros Oriental has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was ₱ 60,359. The following month the price decreased to ₱ 53,473 per m². The following two months (January, February) there has been a deflation of 94 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 135 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 55,210.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 74,798.5 per m² for the last two months (March, April).
Based upon to the price in Negros Oriental(region), this has increased in the last 6 months. The average price in November is ₱ 7,921,178. In December the price increased to ₱ 8,972,497. The average price for the following two months (January, February) increased from ₱ 8,446,838 to ₱ 9,611,495. During the last two months the price has reduced 85 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 9,029,166 a ₱ 7,694,838.5 in March and April.

"Apartment" with an average price of ₱ 161,129 / m² is the most costly type of property followed by "Condominium" at a price of ₱ 105,216 / m².
