The prices in real estate in Angeles, in the Pampanga region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Angeles has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In July, the average price per m² was ₱ 43,190. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 46,644. In the following two months the price per m² has increased 115 %, going from ₱ 44,917 to ₱ 51,487 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 134 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 48,202 to ₱ 64,405 during November, and December.
Based upon to the price in Angeles (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during July, is ₱ 7,140,467. During August the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 8,766,396. During the following two months (September, October) the average price fell 94 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 121 % during the last two months.
