The price per m² in Pampanga has fallen in the last 6 months. In January, the average price per m² was ₱ 33,222. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 29,995. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 31,608.5 to ₱ 30,255.5 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 85 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 30,932 to ₱ 26,246.5 during May, and June.
Based upon to the price in Pampanga (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during January, is ₱ 2,963,067. During February the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 4,146,757. During the following two months (March, April) the average price had a considerable increase of 146 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 94 %, going from ₱ 4,372,146 to ₱ 4,120,133 in May and June.
