The prices in real estate in Mexico, in the Pampanga region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Mexico has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In July, the average price per m² was ₱ 30,671. In August this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 30,829 per m². The price for the following two months in (September, October) had a considerable increment of 116 %. The price per m² has increased 112 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 33,159.5 to ₱ 37,229 during November, and December.
Based upon to the price in Mexico (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during July, is ₱ 2,599,695. During August the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 3,054,710. During the following two months (September, October) the average price had a considerable reduction of 85 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 2,609,876.25 and ₱ 2,645,950.5 between November and December.

With regard to the average price per m² , those properties with 4 bedrooms are the cheapest ones at a cost of ₱ 26,717 / m², with an average ₱ 37,897 / m² price in Mexico. The properties with the highest average prices have 1 bedroom. They are 21 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 2 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 42,766 / m².

"House" is seen as the second most affordable property type. The dearest property type is "House" followed by "Lot". At a price of ₱ 2,845,175 it is 2 % more expensive than the average price.
According to the average cost per m², the cheapest property type is "Lot" at an average cost of ₱ 32,624 / m² followed by "House" priced at ₱ 35,118 / m². "House" is the cheapest type of property with a ₱ 35,118 / m² value followed by "Lot" with an average price of ₱ 32,624 / m².
