The rent prices in real estate in Malamig, in the Quezon City region have barely changed in the last couple of months. There have hardly been any changes in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Malamig has barely changed in the last 6 months. In November, the average price per m² was ₱ 635.2. In the following month the price per m² fell to ₱ 589.43. In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 612.32 to ₱ 641.66 per m². When referring to the price in Malamig (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during November, is ₱ 27,907. During December the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 33,702. During the following two months (January, February) the average price fell 92 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has fallen with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has fallen 94 %, going from ₱ 29,609 to ₱ 27,780 in March and April.
