The average rent price in the Quezon City region has remained at pretty much the same value in recent months. Rent prices in this region have remained pretty much the same.
The price per m² in Quezon City has barely changed in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was ₱ 568.02. The following month (December) the price had a considerable fall reaching ₱ 475.51 per m². The following two months (January, February) went through a rise of 111 % in the rent price per m² rising from ₱ 521.77 to ₱ 581.18 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has risen 107 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₱ 551.47 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₱ 590.97 per m² for the last two months (March, April).
When referring to the price in Quezon City(region), this has risen in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for November the average price is ₱ 33,657. During December it went through a strong rise reaching ₱ 39,470 The average price for the following two months (January, February) rose from ₱ 36,563.5 to ₱ 38,714.5. During the last two months the price has gone down 92 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 37,639 a ₱ 34,463 in March y April.

They are 24 % cheaper than the average price in Quezon City followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 34,936. The most expensive properties have 3 bedrooms. Based on the average price per m² those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones with a price of ₱ 379 / m² being ₱ 620.09 / m² the average for Quezon City. The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 9 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 609.69 / m².

Based upon the average cost per m² the most affordable property type is "Lot with a an average price of ₱ 315 / m², followed by "Townhouse" with a price of ₱ 360 / m². "Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 443 / m² is the most affordable type of property followed by "Commercial Lot" at a price of ₱ 398 / m².
