The price per m² in Quezon City has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 106,961. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at ₱ 105,526 per m². The price per m² for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from ₱ 106,243.5 to ₱ 109,606 per m². In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per m² of ₱ 107,924.75 to ₱ 107,521.5 during February and March.
Based upon to the price in Quezon City(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is ₱ 6,988,337. In November the price was the same at ₱ 7,218,134. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong increment of 134 % going from ₱ 7,103,235.5 to ₱ 9,501,216.
