In November the price pretty much stayed the same at ₱ 105,526 per m². The price per m² for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from ₱ 106,243.5 to ₱ 109,606 per m². In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per m² of ₱ 107,924.75 to ₱ 107,521.5 during February and March.
