The average price in the Misamis Oriental region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Misamis Oriental has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 56,327. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at ₱ 57,487 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 127 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 140 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 64,466.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 90,511 per m² for the last two months (February, March).

In November the price was the same at ₱ 7,036,248. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong increment of 146 % going from ₱ 7,012,073 to ₱ 10,261,473. During the last two months the price has reduced 85 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 8,636,773 a ₱ 7,357,919.5 in February and March.
