The average rent price in the Misamis Oriental region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Misamis Oriental has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 516.09. In November the price barely changed remaining at ₱ 516.09 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the rent price per m² has increased notably to a 132 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant rise of 116 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 598.06 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 694.26 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Misamis Oriental(region), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is ₱ 25,800. In November the price remains at ₱ 25,800. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong rise of 175 % going from ₱ 25,800 to ₱ 45,150. During the last two months the price has gone down 93 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 35,475 a ₱ 32,941.5 in February y March.
