The average price in the Cebu region has had a slight increase in recent months. There has been an inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Cebu has increased in the last 6 months. During July, the average price per m² was ₱ 56,907. The following month (August) the price increased to ₱ 65,237 per m². The following two months (September, October) went through an increase of 109 % in the price per m² rising from ₱ 61,072 to ₱ 66,414.5 per m². In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per m² of ₱ 63,743.25 to ₱ 63,985.5 during November and December.
Based upon to the price in Cebu(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for July the average price is ₱ 4,701,724. During August it went through a strong inflation reaching ₱ 6,767,207 The average price for the following two months (September, October) increased from ₱ 5,734,465.5 to ₱ 6,526,210.5. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 122 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 6,130,338 a ₱ 7,466,405.5.

They are 26 % more affordable than the average price in Cebu followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 6,084,260. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 17 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 6,253,642.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 3 bedrooms are the cheapest ones with a price of ₱ 57,319 / m² being ₱ 60,901 / m² the average value within the Cebu region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 117 % more costly than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 87,018 / m².

Based on the average cost per m² the cheapest property type is "Farm House with a an average cost of ₱ 11,202 / m², followed by "House And Lot" with a price of ₱ 37,039 / m². "Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 109,815 / m² is the most costly type of property followed by "Apartment" at a price of ₱ 70,900 / m².
