The average rent price in the Bulacan region has had a slight rise in recent months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this region.

The price per m² in Bulacan has risen in the last 6 months. During September, the average price per m² was ₱ 145.76. The following month the price fell to ₱ 138.1 per m². The following two months (November, December) went through a rise of 114 % in the rent price per m² rising from ₱ 141.93 to ₱ 162.34 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has risen 108 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₱ 152.13 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₱ 164.42 per m² for the last two months (January, February).

When referring to the price in Bulacan (region), this has fallen in the last 6 months. September has an average price of ₱ 285,460. During Octoberthe price had a strong fall till ₱ 219,321. The average price for the following two months (November, December) rose from ₱ 252,390.5 to ₱ 268,163. During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from ₱ 260,276.75 to ₱ 271,592.5 during January and February.

Average price per bedrooms
