The prices in real estate in Quezon, in the Quezon region have had a strong fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong fall in this city.
The price per m² in Quezon has had a strong decrease during the last 6 months. In December, the average price per m² was ₱ 72,712. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 65,678. The price for the following two months in (February, March) had a considerable decrease of 79 with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 68 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 61,971.75 to ₱ 42,387 during April, and May.
Based upon to the price in Quezon (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during December, is ₱ 4,008,818. During January the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 6,800,000. During the following two months (February, March) the average price had a considerable reduction of 85 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 4,987,155 and ₱ 4,854,670.5 between April and May.

At a price of ₱ 5,118,707 they are 51 % more affordable than the average price for Quezon. The properties with the highest average price have 4 bedrooms, Their price is 32 % more costly than the average. After that we have properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 5,480,403.
With regard to the average price per m² , those properties with 3 bedrooms are the most costly ones at a cost of ₱ 44,386 / m², with an average ₱ 40,262 / m² price in Quezon. The properties with the highest average prices have 4 bedrooms. They are 62 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 1 bedroom with a price at ₱ 61,088 / m².
With regard to the average price based upon the property in Quezon we can see that most expensive property type is "Apartment" at a price of ₱ 6,772,839, they are 32 % more costly than the average price of (!PRECIO2!). "Apartment" has the highest price. This price is 32 % more expensive than the average price aforementioned.
According to the average area price by m² the most costly property type is "Apartment with an average price of ₱ 65,414 / m². "Apartment" at an average price of ₱ 65,414 / m² has the most expensive price and would be directed at more affluent cities.
