The prices in real estate in Quezon, in the Quezon region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Quezon has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 35,534. In the following month the price per m² increased considerably to ₱ 66,147. The price for the following two months in (November, December) had a considerable increment of 133 %. The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 59,268.25 to ₱ 62,206 during January y February
Based upon to the price in Quezon (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The price in September is ₱ 3,644,806, rising in October till ₱ 3,875,262. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 3,760,034 to ₱ 3,944,649. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 140 % during the last two months.

At a price of ₱ 3,965,346 they are 35 % more affordable than the average price for Quezon. With regard to the average price per m² , those properties with 1 bedroom are the cheapest ones at a cost of ₱ 56,507 / m², with an average ₱ 58,734 / m² price in Quezon. The properties with the highest average prices have 3 bedrooms. They are 12 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 2 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 57,560 / m².
