The average price in the Quezon region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Quezon has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 107,951. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at ₱ 111,162 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable deflation of 45 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per m² of ₱ 79,507.75 to ₱ 79,051 during February and March.
Based upon to the price in Quezon(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for October the average price is ₱ 9,049,967. During November it went through a strong inflation reaching ₱ 12,054,998 In the following two months the average price has decreased 69 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 143 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 8,935,695 a ₱ 12,784,092.
The graph displaying the the average price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 1 bedroom are the cheapest ones. They are 69 % more affordable than the average price in Quezon followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 7,380,091. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 404 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 18,043,714.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 2 bedrooms are the cheapest ones with a price of ₱ 104,643 / m² being ₱ 115,160 / m² the average value within the Quezon region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 4 bedrooms. These are 135 % more costly than the average followed by those with 3 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 184,512 / m².
The graph displaying the average price according to the property type shows "Apartment" as the cheapest one. With an average cost of ₱ 19,508,508 it is 45 % more affordable than the average in Quezon. This is followed by "Condominium" with a price of ₱ 12,918,517. The dearest property type is "House" and is 141 % more expensive than the average, followed by "Office" with a cost of ₱ 24,247,644.
Based on the average cost per m² the cheapest property type is "Lot with a an average cost of ₱ 26,148 / m², followed by "Apartment" with a price of ₱ 83,537 / m². "Office" with an average price of ₱ 285,019 / m² is the most costly type of property followed by "Condominium" at a price of ₱ 200,374 / m².
