The average price in the Laguna region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Laguna has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During June, the average price per m² was ₱ 45,708. The following month (July) the price had a considerable increase reaching ₱ 75,127 per m². The following two months (August, September) went through an increase of 112 % in the price per m² rising from ₱ 60,417.5 to ₱ 67,829.5 per m². In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per m² of ₱ 64,123.5 to ₱ 62,849.5 during October and November.
Based upon to the price in Laguna(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for June the average price is ₱ 6,188,169. During July it went through a strong inflation reaching ₱ 15,128,484 In the following two months the average price has decreased 72 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 75 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 9,181,245 a ₱ 6,893,309.

They are 71 % more affordable than the average price in Laguna followed by those with 1 with an average price of ₱ 3,306,156. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. "Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 124,556 / m² is the most costly type of property followed by "House" at a price of ₱ 60,153 / m².
