The average price in the Zamboanga Del Sur region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Zamboanga Del Sur has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was ₱ 46,669. The following month the price decreased to ₱ 40,758 per m². The following two months (January, February) there has been a deflation of 93 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 327 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 42,109.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 137,532.5 per m² for the last two months (March, April).
Based upon to the price in Zamboanga Del Sur(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. November has an average price of ₱ 6,861,023. During December the price had a strong deflation till ₱ 5,492,190. In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from ₱ 6,176,606.5 to ₱ 5,898,398. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 321 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 6,037,502 a ₱ 19,357,154.
