The average price in the Tarlac region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Tarlac has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During July, the average price per m² was ₱ 24,827. In August the price pretty much stayed the same at ₱ 23,996 per m². In the following two months (September, October) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 131 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 116 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 28,216 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 32,775 per m² for the last two months (November, December).
Based upon to the price in Tarlac(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for July the average price is ₱ 2,291,027. During August it went through a strong inflation reaching ₱ 2,983,913 The price in the following months (September, October) had a strong increment of 117 % going from ₱ 2,637,470 to ₱ 3,081,889. During the last two months the price has risen 113 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 2,859,679.5 a ₱ 3,242,245.5 in November and December.
