The average price in the Tarlac region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Tarlac has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 22,303. The following month (November) the price increased to ₱ 24,168 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 153 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 132 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 29,343.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 38,758 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Tarlac(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for October the average price is ₱ 7,520,559. During November it went through a strong inflation reaching ₱ 10,924,764 The average price for the following two months (December, January) increased from ₱ 9,222,662 to ₱ 10,585,888. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 149 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 9,904,275 a ₱ 14,717,304.

They are 89 % more affordable than the average price in Tarlac followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 2,885,115. The cheapest properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 12 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 7,264,305.
