The average price in the Pangasinan region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Pangasinan has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 27,175. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at ₱ 26,422 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 119 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 157 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 29,333.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 46,105 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Pangasinan(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is ₱ 7,022,010. In November the price was the same at ₱ 6,855,763. The average price for the following two months (December, January) increased from ₱ 6,938,886.5 to ₱ 7,294,462. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from ₱ 7,116,674 to ₱ 6,797,860.5 during February and March.
