The average price in the Mindoro Occidental region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Mindoro Occidental has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was ₱ 45,267. The following month the price decreased to ₱ 42,602 per m². The price per m² for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from ₱ 43,934.5 to ₱ 45,429.5 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 467 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 44,682 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 208,810.5 per m² for the last two months (March, April).
Based upon to the price in Mindoro Occidental(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for November the average price is ₱ 4,540,002. During December it went through a strong inflation reaching ₱ 5,408,060 The average price for the following two months (January, February) decreased 92 % compared to the prior two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 334 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 4,768,519 a ₱ 15,944,002.
