The average price in the Legaspi City region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.

The following two months (January, February) went through a considerable deflation of 47 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 60,532 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 44,746.5 per m² for the last two months (March, April).

During December the price had a strong deflation till ₱ 6,576,125. In the following two months the average price has decreased 38 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from ₱ 5,127,672 to ₱ 5,052,435.5 during March and April.
