The average price in the Isabela region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Isabela has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 26,606. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at ₱ 26,286 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 159 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 138 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 34,309 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 47,340.5 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Isabela(region), this has decreased considerably in the last 6 months. October has an average price of ₱ 15,890,009. During November the price had a strong deflation till ₱ 11,709,365. In the following two months the average price has decreased 83 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 84 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 12,626,892 a ₱ 10,626,078.

They are 84 % more affordable than the average price in Isabela followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 3,312,692. The cheapest properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 65 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 3,315,802.
