The average price in the Iriga City region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Iriga City has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was ₱ 44,000. The following month (December) the price had a considerable deflation reaching ₱ 35,000 per m². The following two months (January, February) there has been a deflation of 86 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant decrease of 46 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 36,806 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 17,056 per m² for the last two months (March, April).
Based upon to the price in Iriga City(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for November the average price is ₱ 1,938,386. During December it went through a strong inflation reaching ₱ 56,891,789 In the following two months the average price has decreased 5 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 4 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 15,388,877 a ₱ 681,333.
