The price per m² in Cavite City has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was ₱ 49,308. In December the price pretty much stayed the same at ₱ 46,907 per m². The following two months (January, February) went through a considerable deflation of 77 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has decreased 94 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₱ 42,482 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₱ 40,053 per m² for the last two months (March, April).
