The average price in the Cavite City region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Cavite City has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was ₱ 49,308. In December the price pretty much stayed the same at ₱ 46,907 per m². The following two months (January, February) went through a considerable deflation of 77 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has decreased 94 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₱ 42,482 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₱ 40,053 per m² for the last two months (March, April).
Based upon to the price in Cavite City(region), this has increased in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for November the average price is ₱ 15,014,214. During December it went through a strong inflation reaching ₱ 20,224,996 The average price for the following two months (January, February) decreased 87 % compared to the prior two. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from ₱ 16,490,106 to ₱ 15,851,976 during March and April.

They are 91 % more affordable than the average price in Cavite City followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 3,637,953. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 113 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 11,336,410.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 1 bedroom are the dearest ones with a price of ₱ 55,715 / m² being ₱ 42,840 / m² the average value within the Cavite City region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 4 bedrooms. These are 161 % more costly than the average followed by those with 3 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 104,579 / m².

With an average cost of ₱ 16,740,030 it is 93 % more affordable than the average in Cavite City. This is followed by "Condominium" with a price of ₱ 1,835,480. The dearest property type is "Commercial Lot" and is 1311 % more expensive than the average, followed by "House" with a cost of ₱ 18,680,562.
Based on the average cost per m² the cheapest property type is "Farm House with a an average cost of ₱ 25,102 / m², followed by "Commercial Lot" with a price of ₱ 31,199 / m². "House" with an average price of ₱ 98,304 / m² is the most costly type of property followed by "Townhouse" at a price of ₱ 81,028 / m².
