The average price in the Batangas region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Batangas has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 47,991. The following month (November) the price increased to ₱ 52,904 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 292 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 132 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 98,948.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 130,348 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Batangas(region), this has decreased considerably in the last 6 months. The average price in October is ₱ 8,896,318. In November the price increased to ₱ 9,636,296. In the following two months the average price has decreased 76 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 80 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 8,141,180 a ₱ 6,489,128.
