The average price in the Bataan region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Bataan has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was ₱ 37,492. The following month (December) the price increased to ₱ 40,592 per m². In the following two months (January, February) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 129 %. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per m² of ₱ 44,773.75 to ₱ 44,357 during March and April.
Based upon to the price in Bataan(region), this has increased in the last 6 months. In the first month sample November the average price is ₱ 12,313,106. In December the price was the same at ₱ 12,858,378. The price in the following months (January, February) had a strong increment of 116 % going from ₱ 12,585,742 to ₱ 14,647,426. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 84 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 13,616,584 a ₱ 11,372,502.
