The average price in the Aurora region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per m² in Aurora has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was ₱ 5,967. The following month (December) the price had a considerable increase reaching ₱ 7,833 per m². The following two months (January, February) went through an increase of 114 % in the price per m² rising from ₱ 6,900 to ₱ 7,833 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant decrease of 52 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 7,366.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 3,833.5 per m² for the last two months (March, April).
Based upon to the price in Aurora(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for November the average price is ₱ 11,800,000. During December it went through a strong inflation reaching ₱ 20,243,333 The price in the following months (January, February) had a strong increment of 126 % going from ₱ 16,021,666 to ₱ 20,243,332. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 55 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 18,132,500 a ₱ 9,955,000.
