The prices in real estate in Tanauan, in the Batangas region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Tanauan has remained the same in the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 40,985. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 43,830. The price for the following two months in (November, December) decreased 90 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has decreased 93 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 40,362.5 to ₱ 37,428.5 during January, and February.
Based upon to the price in Tanauan (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during September, is ₱ 9,460,697. During October the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 11,678,634. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable increase of 123 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 11,787,353 and ₱ 12,049,290 between January and February.
