The prices in real estate in Tagaytay, in the Cavite region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Tagaytay has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 106,155. In the following month the price per m² increased considerably to ₱ 123,744. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 114,949.5 to ₱ 112,417 per m². The price per m² has increased 108 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 113,683.25 to ₱ 123,239.5 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Tagaytay (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The price in October is ₱ 10,124,566, rising in November till ₱ 10,836,809. During the following two months (December, January) the price has had an average incrementation from ₱ 10,480,688 to ₱ 11,132,630. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 143 % during the last two months.
