The prices in real estate in Rosario, in the Batangas region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Rosario has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 8,737. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 8,737 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 8,737 to ₱ 8,381 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 130 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 8,559 to ₱ 11,154.5 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Rosario (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during October, is ₱ 9,103,938. During November the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 10,947,363. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable increase of 164 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 92 %, going from ₱ 13,233,618 to ₱ 12,166,547 in February and March.
