The prices in real estate in Pasig, in the Metro Manila region have had a strong fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong fall in this city.
The price per m² in Pasig has had a strong decrease during the last 6 months. In December, the average price per m² was ₱ 153,919. In the following month the price per m² decreased considerably to ₱ 92,768. The price for the following two months in (February, March) had a considerable decrease of 84 with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has increased 107 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 113,548.5 to ₱ 121,244 during April, and May.
Based upon to the price in Pasig (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for December is ₱ 11,010,930. During January the price had a considerable reduction till ₱ 7,405,218. During the following two months (February, March) the average price had a considerable reduction of 85 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 92 %, going from ₱ 8,501,700 to ₱ 7,790,121 in April and May.
