The prices in real estate in Pasig, in the Metro Manila region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Pasig has remained the same in the last 6 months. In December, the average price per m² was ₱ 80,868. In January this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 77,505 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has increased 110 %, going from ₱ 79,186.5 to ₱ 86,898.5 per m². The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 83,042.5 to ₱ 80,274 during April y May
Based upon to the price in Pasig (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during December, the average price is ₱ 4,693,272. In January This price remains at ₱ 4,619,947. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 4,656,609.5 to ₱ 4,722,339.5. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 90 %, going from ₱ 4,689,474.5 to ₱ 4,207,343.5 in April and May.
