The prices in real estate in Pasig, in the Metro Manila region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Pasig has remained the same in the last 6 months. In November, the average price per m² was ₱ 94,936. In the following month the price per m² increased considerably to ₱ 111,763. In the following two months the price per m² has increased 105 %, going from ₱ 103,349.5 to ₱ 108,702.5 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 75 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 106,026 to ₱ 80,011.5 during March, and April.
Based upon to the price in Pasig (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The average price for November is ₱ 5,277,699. During December the price had a slight fall till ₱ 4,985,960. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 5,131,829.5 to ₱ 5,268,320. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 5,200,075 and ₱ 5,212,521 between March and April.
