The price per m² in Pasig has fallen in the last 6 months. In February, the average price per m² was ₱ 91,621. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 82,176. The price for the following two months in (April, May) decreased 92 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 83,586.25 to ₱ 80,777 during June y July
Based upon to the price in Pasig (cities), this has gone downing the last 6 months. In our first sample month during February, the average price is ₱ 4,620,968. In March This price remains at ₱ 4,823,711. During the following two months (April, May) the average price fell 89 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 87 %, going from ₱ 4,464,841.5 to ₱ 3,901,518 in June and July.
