The prices in real estate in Pasig, in the Metro Manila region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Pasig has increased during the last 6 months. In March, the average price per m² was ₱ 74,958. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 85,065. In the following two months the price per m² has increased 114 %, going from ₱ 80,011.5 to ₱ 90,905 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 81 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 85,458.25 to ₱ 69,310 during July, and August.
Based upon to the price in Pasig (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The price in March is ₱ 4,858,351, rising in April till ₱ 5,566,691. During the following two months (May, June) the average price had a considerable increase of 126 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 5,901,706.5 to ₱ 4,923,428.5, which means a 83 % fall.
