The prices in real estate in Nasugbu, in the Batangas region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Nasugbu has increased during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 46,176. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 40,329. The price for the following two months in (November, December) had a considerable increment of 115 %. The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 127 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 46,562.25 to ₱ 59,250.5 during January, and February.
Based upon to the price in Nasugbu (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during September, is ₱ 27,678,757. During October the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 32,589,123. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 30,133,940 to ₱ 28,849,016. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 29,491,478 to ₱ 24,786,726, which means a 84 % fall.
