The prices in real estate in Naic, in the Cavite region have had a strong fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong fall in this city.
The price per m² in Naic has had a strong decrease during the last 6 months. In May, the average price per m² was ₱ 39,273. In the following month the price per m² decreased considerably to ₱ 18,619. The price for the following two months in (July, August) had a considerable decrease of 52 with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has increased 111 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 21,936 to ₱ 24,441 during September, and October.
Based upon to the price in Naic (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for May is ₱ 3,684,991. During June the price had a considerable reduction till ₱ 1,627,192. During the following two months (July, August) the average price had a considerable reduction of 50 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 1,990,276.25 to ₱ 1,644,493.5, which means a 83 % fall.

At a price of ₱ 1,948,922 they are 55 % more affordable than the average price for Naic. The properties with the highest average price have 4 bedrooms, Their price is 178 % more costly than the average. After that we have properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 3,987,031.
With regard to the average price per m² , those properties with 1 bedroom are the cheapest ones at a cost of ₱ 26,017 / m², with an average ₱ 30,758 / m² price in Naic. The properties with the highest average prices have 4 bedrooms. They are 52 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 3 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 45,132 / m².
