Property prices for sale in Dasmarines (Cavite)
The prices in real estate in Dasmarines, in the Cavite region have had a strong fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong fall in this city.
The price per m² in Dasmarines has had a strong decrease during the last 6 months. In March, the average price per m² was ₱ 125,067. In April this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 123,617 per m². The price for the following two months in (May, June) decreased 87 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 69 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 116,330.5 to ₱ 80,587.5 during July, and August.
Based upon to the price in Dasmarines (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during March, the average price is ₱ 17,615,391. In April This price remains at ₱ 18,370,808. During the following two months (May, June) the average price fell 91 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 116 % during the last two months.
