The prices in real estate in Dasmariñas, in the Cavite region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Dasmariñas has remained the same in the last 6 months. In July, the average price per m² was ₱ 43,560. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 39,569. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 41,564.5 to ₱ 43,088 per m². The price per m² has increased 113 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 42,326.25 to ₱ 47,933.5 during November, and December.
Based upon to the price in Dasmariñas (cities), this has gone downing the last 6 months. In our first sample month during July, the average price is ₱ 5,104,818. In August This price remains at ₱ 4,919,589. During the following two months (September, October) the average price had a considerable reduction of 82 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 4,559,630.5 and ₱ 4,719,556.5 between November and December.
