The prices in real estate in Danao, in the Cebu region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Danao has increased during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 70,172. In October this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 69,567 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has increased 113 %, going from ₱ 69,869.5 to ₱ 78,972.5 per m². The price per m² has increased 114 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 74,421 to ₱ 85,086.5 during January, and February.
Based upon to the price in Danao (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during September, is ₱ 10,022,476. During October the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 12,836,893. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable reduction of 77 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 10,139,990 to ₱ 3,242,172.5, which means a 32 % fall.

Properties with the most affordable price based upon to the number of bedrooms / m² are those with 1 bedroom. They are 16 % cheaper than the average value aforementioned.
