The prices in real estate in Cordova, in the Cebu region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Cordova has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In March, the average price per m² was ₱ 28,714. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 32,397. The price for the following two months in (May, June) had a considerable increment of 144 %. The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 74 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 37,316.75 to ₱ 27,593 during July, and August.

During the following two months (May, June) the average price had a considerable increase of 127 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 90 %, going from ₱ 3,711,199 to ₱ 3,328,641 in July and August.
