The prices in real estate in Cordoba, in the Cebu region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per m² in Cordoba has fallen in the last 6 months. In December, the average price per m² was ₱ 64,266. In the following month the price per m² increased considerably to ₱ 87,693. The price for the following two months in (February, March) had a considerable decrease of 66 with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 81 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 63,109 to ₱ 51,204 during April, and May.
Based upon to the price in Cordoba (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during December, is ₱ 3,821,500. During January the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 5,580,000. During the following two months (February, March) the average price fell 87 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 4,389,381 and ₱ 4,409,945.5 between April and May.
