The prices in real estate in Consolacion, in the Cebu region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Consolacion has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 42,222. In the following month the price per m² increased considerably to ₱ 51,467. In the following two months the price per m² has increased 107 %, going from ₱ 46,844.5 to ₱ 50,115 per m². The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 48,479.75 to ₱ 47,010 during January y February
Based upon to the price in Consolacion (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during September, is ₱ 4,817,227. During October the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 6,756,744. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable increase of 139 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 106 % during the last two months.
